Your Ultimate 2-Day Disneyland® Paris Trip Itinerary!

Dreaming of the perfect Disneyland® Paris adventure but don’t know if your 2-day trip is enough?? Look no further! Our specially crafted guide covers all you need to maximize your two magical days among rides and more.

Your Question:

Well, let’s find out!

Often we’re asked if two days is sufficient to experience the magic of Disneyland® Paris. While two parks— Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park (this name will change in 2025 for Disney Adventure World) — fit neatly into two days, truly savoring everything might just leave you wanting more. Ideal during off-peak seasons, two days may feel tight during the bustling times of July or the festive seasons of Christmas and Halloween, when the parks brim with eager visitors. For those peak times, consider extending to 3-4 days to ensure a relaxed and comprehensive experience.

Of course, 2 days are still enough, but bear in mind that with the extension of the Walt Disney Studios Park in 2025, this will not be enough since the second Disneyland® Paris park will be as big as the main one.

Take advantage of early magic hours! Guests staying on-site can enter the parks an hour earlier, which can be a game changer in maximizing your ride time.

Remember: if you don’t stay on-site or if you only make reservation for a Disney hotel, you need dated tickets for guaranteed Disneyland® Paris park entry! If you don’t have tickets included in your accommodation or package, check our 2 day ticket prices here.

Skip the long lines for a fee. While this service replaces the traditional Fastpass and is pricier, it might be worth it for those must-do rides during busy days. You can read all about here in our article about Disney Premier Access here.

Stay ahead of the game with the Disneyland® Paris app—your digital guide to queue times, parade schedules, and more.

Opt for Quick Service Restaurants with Mobile Ordering to make the most of your adventure time. While character dining experiences offer magical moments, they can take a chunk out of your park time. You can check on the Disneyland® Paris site, the Click and Collect restaurants and on the app as well.

Morning: Start your day in Disneyland Park, the heart of the magic with its iconic castle. Take a minute or two to take as many photos as you like in front of the beautiful Sleeping Beauty Castle. Whether you’re soaring through Fantasyland or braving the coasters in Adventureland, start early and plan your route to minimize backtracking.

The must-do’s, in our opinion, are:

  • Big Thunder Mountain and Phantom Manor in Frontierland.
  • Pirates of the Caribbean in Adventureland.
  • “It’s a Small World”, Peter Pan’s Flight, and Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups in Fantasyland.
  • Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, and Star Tours in Discoverland.

If you are lucky enough to make this list and get the opportunity to experience other rides, even better! Of course, this list is completely doable if you have Disney Access Premier. If not, you may have to manage the times through the app.

Afternoon: After a mobile-ordered lunch, check out the parade schedules to catch breathtaking floats and beloved characters. Then, continue your park exploration.

Evening: As night falls, enjoy the enchanting ambiance of the illuminated park before catching the spectacular fireworks and drone show over the Central Plaza and Main Street, USA.

Morning: Begin at Walt Disney Studios Park, home to some of the most thrilling rides. Hit the ground running at Crush’s Coaster or W.E.B Slingers to beat the queues. After this, take a walk through the Worlds of Pixar, where you can feel you are as small as our friends from Toy Story. Here you can walk through a big playground. Also, don’t forget to go to the Car Road Trip and Ratatouille – The Adventure, since these two rides are amazing for the all family.

Lunch: Recharge with a quick service meal, ordered ahead via the app, allowing more time for fun.

Afternoon: Don’t miss the Mickey and the Magician show—a must-see performance that captures the essence of Disney magic. If you like big thrills, then The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Avengers Assemble: Flight Forca are a must in this park.

Evening: Since this is your last night at Disney Parks, and in the evening, the queues can be a little shorter than during the day, this is a great opportunity to go to any last-minute rides that you missed through the day.

Please keep in mind that the above itinerary is just an idea and our recommendation. You can download the Disneyland® Paris app and see all the rides and shows that you don’t want to miss and make a itinerary more adjusted to you.
